Just, nothing really going on. At all. Unless you want to hear my progress in video games. But I doubt that. Also, you can win stuff. Just do the clickings.
So, I don't think I'm going to be using this site anymore, as I seem to be doing more communicating via Facebook. I think Michelle and I were pretty much the only ones left using this site, anyway. XD I may come post large rants or amusing pictures or something, but other than that, I dunno...
I don't know why, but this comic amuses me to no end. Maybe it's just the faces.
I know I've been posting nothing but nothing lately, but that's because nothing but nothing has been happening. Unless you really want to hear about my recent video game exploits, but I doubt you do, as it would go something like, "I played Animal Crossing today. I got an exotic carpet, a lady palm, a fire hydrant and a modern lamp from my townsfolk in the mail. Then I went to Tom's Store to see what he had for sale. Nothing real special, as usual. The Recycle Bin was empty, and the Lost and Found only had a Pitfall. Drake wanted me to catch a popeyed goldfish for him, which is NEVER going to happen in the time allotted, as they are very rare. No new fossils today..." etc, etc. After which I would move on to something like, "Then I went upstairs to check my e-mail and browse my daily websites, as well as putter around the interwebz wasting time. After dinner (corndogs, whoo! XD) I played some Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. I've been in the mood for some DW-type games lately, and since I never quite beat DW: Gundam, I figured I would. Finished with Zechs (sorry, "Milliardo," but I'll always know him as Zechs) and tried Domon, but I really, really don't like his fighting style. Martial arts in a world of guns and swords doesn't work very well." And so on and so forth.
But still, I don't think anyone is really interested in hearing me ramble thus.
I found Uncharted: Drake's Fortune! I wanted to show my sister Monster Rancher 4. I keep all my PS2 games in big DVD cases, like those huge CD cases that hold 400 CDs, but these are made to hold DVDs and their covers. As I was flipping through I noted that FFX had two discs in the space. I knew FFX wasn't two discs, so I wondered what it could be... Drake's Fortune! Amun only knows how it got there, but I'm sure glad it's back. My victory was short-lived, however, as now Monster Rancher 4 is MIA. D:< Most likely misplaced by a lazy boy, as I'm sure was the case for Drake's Fortune.
I meant to put this up earlier, but Xanga was down, then I forgot. This is the dream I had last night.
I don’t remember any true beginning to this dream, more the body and the end, but it seems I was in some sort of school for an aptitude test, only this was no normal test. Now that I think about it, it seems almost like a video game where they put you through a small trial and give you stats and a suggested class based on how you performed (think Oblivion). The first part of the dream was vague. I was outside near a small pond, heading into the “school” when I was attacked by something, another student or rival, I don’t know. Being a surprise attack, I quickly shape shifted into something large and robust (and black, I think) and quickly defeated it. From here it’s more clear, and for the rest of the dream I am inside. Now that I think about tit, it looks more like a museum than a school. I am now some sort of lynx-like wild cat. I prowl, swift but silent and defeat my enemies (or maybe they’re just targets, but I perceive them as enemies). One gets away and I give chase. In a panic it crashes into a display case along a wall. I grab it, but before I can defeat it, a rival charges down the stairs to the right, throwing me into a frenzy. I begin attacking anything that moves and before I come to my senses, I’ve chewed off the hoof of a friendly horse. The horse cries on the floor as I stare in shock. Then a fox comes down the stairs, calm and graceful. She embraces me and begins chanting calming words. As I cry, we both change back to human. The change is slow and subtle. The fox lady is tall and graceful with long black hair. We are both barely clothed, having just shifted, but our bodies are covered in “tribal” like tattoos, with graceful arcing lines and whorls in intricate patterns. The next I remember we are headed back to class (or whatever it is), but we need to travel through back halls, small spaces and ducts in the roof to get there. I distinctly remember crawling through a small space on hands and knees, then dropping through a hole onto some white and silver pads. I was given a small, oddly shaped electronic device that would give my results. Jennifer was there and we began talking. My results are displayed thusly: (It looked nicer in my dream, of course.) I don’t know what the red one was, but for some reason “Trucks” sticks in my mind, even though it doesn’t fit with anything. I’m not sure where the increment in “Aquatic” came from, either, as I don’t remember being in any water. I was upset that Intelligence didn’t get into the best category, and was disappointed that my speed was so low, but over all I was happy with my results. I don’t remember what the other two were, or maybe they just didn’t affect me. Then there was a final test in which we’d get in some sort of chamber or machine and our results were fed in. Colored lights representing each stat would glow, and a silhouette would appear and morph as each stat was applied. I remember seeing a rabbit morph into a turtle (or maybe the other way around) and Jennifer and I had fun watching the shapes change and trying to guess which animal it would be. The dream ended there, but I wonder if the machine was some sort of device to “solidify” what animal we were, seeing as it used out “test” results to do the changing.
I have another page devoted to my dreams, if you are interested, called BlueDragonDreamer.I was going through some of my old dreams, and it's kind of funny, because when I start reading I'm like, "I don't remember this" but then by the end of the sentence, all the visions come rushing back to me.Apparently a few years ago I had a dream where Master Chief and I... *ahem* "got together." I'd like to have that dream again. ^_~
